When will my order be delivered? Each school has a nominated delivery dates. These dates can be found on the top of each form and will also be emailed to you at the time of ordering as a reminder.
Can I Track my order? Yes, a text message or email will be sent to you by Australia Post or Aramex when the parcel is dispatched containing your tracking number. If you have not received your order within the delivery dates provided for your school, please contact us and we will investigate.
No one will be home at the time of delivery? Both Australia Post and Aramex will endeavour to leave your parcel in a safe and dry place. If that’s not possible a card will be left in your letterbox for collection at your local post office.
Can my order be delivered to my work address? Yes, but please provide the full name of the business. Australia post will not deliver if they don’t have this information.
Can I opt to collect from your store instead of home delivery? Yes, but please take note of the home delivery dates for your particular school and please collect from our store within these same time frames. Not doing so will jeopardise the future of shop collections for your school.
There is something missing from my parcel? While mistakes occasionally do occur, please contact us within 10 days to report missing items.
In some circumstances beyond our control, some items may be on backorder and will need to be delivered directly to the school in Term 1; a note will be placed with your order if this is the case.
What if I missed the cut off date for ordering? MK Educational has a suggested date for orders as it enables us to organise stock for school packs. We provide the booklist service all year round to cater for new students so you can still place your order via our website or in store. During our busy period in January, it may take approx 10 days to complete your order and dispatch. In January every effort is made to deliver your order before school starts. Your more than welcome to visit us in store and shop for all your needs.
What payment Options are available? Online payments are Visa and Mastercard. For Credit and Debit cards a surcharge may apply.
In store we have options of Cash and Eftpos. Cheques are only available if pre-organised.
Can I layby my booklists? Yes, we provide a layby system, you’re more than welcome to visit our store and set one up, a 10% deposit and regular payments will be required. Once layby is setup, payments can be made in store, online or via phone.
